Weighted Mesh & Vinyl Sand Pit Covers

Mesh & vinyl sand pit covers are designed to serve a similar purpose as our aluminum sand pit covers. They prevent debris contamination, contain the sand within the pit between competitions, and keep animals out. However, they also come with their own individual uses.

In addition to preventing debris contamination and sand containment, vinyl sand pit covers are also water resistant. If you want to keep your sand as dry as possible, the vinyl sand pit cover is a quick and easy way to cover your sand pit before any rain or snow falls.

Our mesh sand pit covers also perform the same function, but the porous nature of mesh allows rainwater to drain through, preventing water from pooling on top of the cover. Air flows freely with mesh sand pit covers, allowing the sand to dry out preventing mold and mildew growth.
Both styles of long jump pit cover have a chain weighted perimeter that holds down the cover and sand from being blown away during periods of high wind.
