In most cases, an initial phone interview is scheduled. If you’re a good fit, an in-person interview will be scheduled with the hiring manager of the position you’re applying for. Keep in mind, that an assessment test may be required depending on the position you’re applying for.
Applicants will be notified of the status of their interview within 7-14 days, if not sooner.
Once an offer is extended, background checks are performed and pre-employment substance testing is scheduled.
Upon receipt of passing background check and test results, a start date will be mutually agreed upon.
Welcome! On your first day you’ll meet with HR to complete all required paperwork. Then you’ll review company benefits, policies, employee expectations and schedule required online/in-person training.

Our Traditional deferral (pre-tax) option allows you to save money by reducing your taxable income. Our Roth deferral (post-tax) means one pays current income tax on the deferral and then at distribution, your Roth deferral is tax free.
Sportsfield’s self-funded FSA benefit plan allows employees to pay for everyday health care and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars, lowering one’s taxable income.
It is important to Sportsfield to help protect employee’s loved ones from potential devastating financial losses that could result if something happened to one of our own. Therefore, Sportsfield provides life insurance in the amount of $40,000 at no cost to the employee.
Sportsfield is committed to the health and well-being of its employees. Through our Fitness Reimbursement Program, the company reimburses 50% of employee’s cost, up to a maximum of $30 per month for qualified fitness membership/class fees.
