We’re excited to share some big news from the Sportsfield Specialties team. Gregg Semenetz has been promoted to National Sales Manager for our Direct Sales Division.
Gregg came to Sportsfield Specialties in early 2019 as the Southeast Regional Sales Manager. Over the next six years he took on additional responsibilities, eventually overseeing both the Southeast and Southwest regions. During that time, Gregg helped drive significant sales growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen relationships with our partners across the country.
His approach to sales isn’t just about numbers, it’s about people, services, and delivering sports equipment solutions that meet the needs of today’s athletic facilities. Whether working with professional stadiums, colleges or local high schools, Gregg has shown an unwavering commitment to helping clients find the right fit, from netting systems to custom wall padding to football goal posts and more.
As National Sales Manager, Gregg will lead our entire Direct Sales team across the United States. He’ll work closely with our regional sales managers, inside sales and project managers to:
- Set national sales strategies and priorities
- Strengthen consistency and collaboration across all regions
- Identify growth opportunities in new and existing markets
- Help ensure that every client receives the high-quality experience we’re known for
Before joining Sportsfield, Gregg held the role of Director of Athletic Operations at the College of Charleston. That background in athletics gives him a unique perspective on the challenges and goals of sports administrators, a perspective that’s helped him connect with clients and provide thoughtful, effective athletic field equipment solutions.
